Plaice with root rosti


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rösti (freezer bag a 600 g), spring onions (in rings), carrot julienne (carrot strips a 150 g), red pepper (in strips), oil, breaded skewers (frozen 300 g) and mustard mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Rösti, carrot and half of spring onions and pepper strips together.
  2. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and rye mixture in approx.
  3. 15 min.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In the meantime heat 2 tablespoons of oil in other frying pan and cook until crispy and brown in approx.
  6. 10 minutes.
  7. Combine the remaining of spring onions and pepper strips with mustard mayonnaise.
  8. Spread plaice and rosti over two plates, serve with sauce..
