Plum pie with vanilla pudding
Delicious late summer plum pie with vanilla quench. Perfect for birthdays or a dessert.

Sift the flour and powdered sugar over a bowl. Divide the butter into small cubes. Add the salt and the butter and the egg. Mix everything quickly and knead it with cool hands into a smooth dough.

You can also mix the dough in the food processor. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Wash the prunes, halve them and remove the seeds. Chop the pistachio nuts coarsely. Mix the last egg with the vanilla cheese. Stir the flour through the curd mixture.
