A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: butter or margarine, nougatine (150 g), poffertjes (cooling), seedless grapes (white and blue) and apple (Granny Smith).

Directions

  1. Put the butter in a saucepan and put it on very low heat. Remove the pan from the heat when the butter has melted. Meanwhile, put the nougatine in a deep plate.
  2. Preheat the small pancakes for 1 minute to the lowest setting of the microwave so that they are lukewarm.
  3. Spread the small pancakes with butter and get them one by one through the nougatine.
  4. Stick 4 sticks and 3 grapes on each satay stick. Cut the apple in half from top to bottom. Place the 2 halves each on a separate board with the flat side down. Insert five sticky sticks in each apple half.
