Pollock on stir-fried stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, coalfish fillet (frozen), oil, ready-to-cook stew vegetables, sharp mustard and fish dill sauce (40 g).

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and wash.

Cook in a high pan of potatoes in 15 minutes.

Place saithe in heat-resistant sieve or colander and hang it in pan of potatoes (well above the water).

Fish in 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, oil in wok heating.

Stew vegetables for 5 minutes stir-fry.

Turn down low heat, stir in mustard and gently fry vegetables for another 15 minutes.

Prepare fish sauce according to instructions for use with water.

Divide potatoes, vegetables and fish over four plates.

Give sauce over fish..
