Pork chops with horseradish sauce


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, meat stock (380 ml), white wine (pinot blanc), whipped cream, grated horseradish (pot a 140 g), pork chops / pork chops, salt and pepper and butter or margarine.

Directions

  1. Finely reduce the meat and white wine to approx.

  6. Cut the rest of butter into pieces.
  7. Cook the meat in a golden brown for 10 minutes.
  8. Turn meat halfway.
  9. Return the sauce to the boil.
  10. Mix butter pieces with sauce.
  11. Pour chops together with sauce.
  12. Tasty with roasted potatoes..
