Pork roulade with apple compote
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork roulade (500 g), butter, onion (chopped), gold dishes (peeled), apples (Granny Smith, peeled), raisins, cloves, cardamom powder, cinnamon stick (bag of 20 g), sugar and White wine vinegar.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle the roulade with salt and pepper. Heat 50 g butter in a frying pan and roast the meat in 4 min. Brown. Place the roulade with the shortening in the greased oven dish and bake in the center of the oven in 35-40 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the parts into cubes.
