Pork steaks with sauerkraut and white beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, red onion (in half rings), tomato puree, white beans (330 g), thyme, cooked wine sauerkraut (with bacon, 250 g) and marinated pork fillets à la minute (6 pieces).

Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan and cook the onion and tomato puree for 1 min.

Create beans and thyme.

Add salt and pepper to taste and gently heat beans for 5 minutes.

Fry sauerkraut in a pan with 1 tbsp butter and heat for 3-4 min.

Heat the rest of the butter in frying pans and pork steaks in 3-4 min., Half-turn.

Boil the sauerkraut and beans on plates and put pork slices next to them..
