Pork stew with chorizo and pepper
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chorizo sausage (in strips), onions (in rings), garlic (in slices), hamlaps (in 2 cm cubes), dried oregano, butter, tomato cubes (400 g), potatoes (in cubes) and jalapeño pepper (pot a 225 g).

Chorizo in a frying pan.

Add onion and garlic to chorizo and bake for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, sprinkle meat with oregano.

Create chorizo mixture on plate.

Heat butter in the same pan and stir-fry brown.

Stir in the tomato cubes, 100 ml water and chorizo mixture.

Bring to the boil and cover the meat for about 30 minutes.

Potato cubes and jalapeño pepper by shoveling meat and dish in a gentle heat for another 20 minutes.

Season with salt.

Serve with a salad, rice or tortillas..
