A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans (very fine, whole (a 450 g, frozen)), noodles (a 500 g), sunflower oil, pork fillets (in strips), Thai stir-fry mix (400 g) and oyster sauce (bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the frozen green beans for 2 minutes in water. Drain. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat 1 min. Add the stir fry mix and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the green beans and oyster sauce. Warm for 1 more minute and serve with the noodle. Also tasty with coriander.
