Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper and insert the cloves. Heat the butter and fry the meat around golden brown.

Add 50 ml of apple juice and the oregano and gently simmer for about 8 minutes with the lid on the pan. Turn the meat over halfway once. Place the meat on a warm dish, cover and keep warm.

Add the rest of the apple juice, 100 ml water, the honey, ketjapmarinadeen apple rings and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Place the apple slices around the meat and serve gravy. Remove the cloves.

Delicious with red cabbage with cranberries and mashed potatoes.
