Pork tenderloin with fast sauerkraut
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin (approx. 230 g), onion, apple, butter or margarine, wine sauerkraut (520 g) and mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g).

Prepare pork tenderloin in the microwave according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Wash the apple, cut it into pieces and remove the cores.

Cut the apple into pieces.

Heat butter in frying pan and fry apple and onion for about 3 minutes.

Drain the sauerkraut, add it and co-heat for about 3 minutes.

In the meantime, make mashed potatoes according to instructions.

Spread sauerkraut over four plates.

Create mashed potatoes.

Cut the pork tenderloin and place on it.

Garnish with vegetables and herb butter (from dishes)..
