Preheat the oven and prepare the meat according to the instructions on the package.

Tear the mozzarella into small pieces, mix with the lemon zest, thyme and some salt.

Bring a pot of water to the boil with a little salt.

Cut off the bottom 2 centimeters of the florets and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are just al dente.

Grease an oven dish with the oil and place the well drained roses.

Divide the mozzarella over it and put it in the oven with the meat.

Let the cheese melt in about 5 minutes, if necessary, switch on the grill in the oven.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
