Ingredients
Directions
-
Prepare all ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the pork tenderloins in length.
-
Roll 50 grams roquefort into 1 slice of raw ham and place this in the pork tenderloin. Fill the 2 pork tenderloins.
-
Place 2 slices of ham overlapping side by side. Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper and wrap the ham around the meat. Do the same with the other pork tenderloin. Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with the flour.
-
Heat the butter and fry the meat around light brown.
-
Place the meat with the cooking fat in a low oven dish or roasting tray and place in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Scoop on a warm dish and leave to rest briefly. Stir the rest of the roquefort through the cooking fat, add a dash of water or milk and grind pepper.
-
Serve the pork tenderloin with the sauce. Tasty with broccoli and duchesse or fried potatoes.
