Portuguese cod with paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid), olive oil, garlic (in slices), tomatoes (in parts), grilled peppers (red (295 g), in strips), cod fillet ((bag 750 g, frozen) , thawed), onions (in rings), flat parsley ((a 20 g) and sliced).

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Cook them for 15 minutes in water with salt.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Fry the tomatoes for 3 min. Add the pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Cut the fish into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place between the vegetables. Cook with the lid on the pan over low heat for 8 minutes until done.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in 8 min. Until golden brown. Spoon on a plate. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan and fry the potatoes with salt in 5 min. Golden brown. Add the onion and sprinkle with the parsley. Divide with vegetables with fish over 4 plates.
