Portuguese salad with chicken and pepper


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pommes culinary ((red peel), scrubbed), grilled peppers (295 g), spring onion (3 pieces), smoked chicken breast, red pepper, parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), garlic ( pressed) and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 10 min. Until done. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile cut the bell pepper into strips, the spring onion in rings and the chicken fillet into slices. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into strips. Mix the potatoes with the peppers, spring onion, chicken breast, red pepper and parsley.
  3. Stir the garlic through the mayonnaise. Gently mix through the salad. Tasty with snow peas.
