Boil the rice and green beans according to the instructions on the packaging.

Boil the eggs almost hard in about 7 minutes. Peel and halve them.

For the peanut sauce, put the milk, peanut butter and sambal in a saucepan and heat them to a coherent whole while stirring over low heat. If necessary, season with salt.

Peel the carrot and scrape into thin ribbons with a cheese slicer.

Divide the rice, green beans, carrot and bean sprouts over deep plates. Divide the eggs over it. Serve with the peanut sauce.
