Potato dish with white cheese and spinach tomatoes
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: new potatoes (scrubbed), semi-skimmed milk, eggs (whipped), white cheese cubes, olive oil, ready-to-cook spinach, fresh mint (in strips), vine tomatoes (in slices) and red pesto.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut potatoes into a food processor or with a knife into thin slices.

Mix milk and eggs with 2 tsp salt and pepper.

Put half of the potatoes on the roof in pan, sprinkle cheese cubes on them and place the rest of the potatoes on them.

Pour milk mixture over it.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and let it cook in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes.

Oil in wok heating.

Add spinach, let it sink in 3 minutes and let it cool down.

Mix spinach with fresh mint and season with salt and pepper.

Paste tomato into butter with pesto.
