Potato garlic soup
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: crisp potatoes (peeled and diced), garlic (in slices), vegetable stock (of tablet), red onions (in rings), olive oil and cheese spread (20 garden herbs (150 g)).

Boil the potatoes with the garlic in the broth for 15 minutes.

Spoon the onion rings with the oil and toast in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating in 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Puree the soup with the hand blender.

Add the cheese spread and let it melt into the soup while stirring.

Season the soup with salt and pepper and scoop in 4 bowls.

Garnish the soup with the roasted onion rings..
