Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat and dissolve the bouillon tablet.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sage. Meanwhile, clean the potatoes. Cut them in length with the food processor in thin slices.

Grease the oven dish. Scoop the butter mixture through the potatoes. Take piles of potato slices and place them upright and vertically in the baking dish.

Repeat until the shape is filled with rows of potato slices.

Fry the potato in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cover loosely with aluminum foil if the potatoes get too dark. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
