Cook the potatoes in little water with salt. Drain, allow to cool and peel off the skin.

Press the garlic.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper finely.

Mash the potatoes with the garlic, red pepper, cumin and some salt.

Knead the flour with the water into a smooth dough. Shape dough balls (approx. 5 cm diameter) from.

Press the dough balls flat and spread the potato mixture over it, leaving the edges free.

Fold the dough around the filling and form into balls. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Press the dough balls flat on a floured surface and roll out into pancakes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the pancakes on both sides until light brown.
