Potato salad with celery
Maaljal salad of celery, red onion, potato, paprika and sweet pickle.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil them in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes until al dente. Boil the celery for the last 2 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Cut the pickle into cubes. Mix the mayonnaise with the crème fraîche, mustard, pickle and 2 tbsp of the vinegar from the jar of pickles. Mix the dressing through the potato.

Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into wafer-thin half slices. Mix the pepper and onion through the potato salad. Season with salt and pepper.
