Potato salad with ham and celery


A tasty French recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, celery, solid potatoes (small unpeeled), salt, cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar), freshly ground pepper, ham (125 g), whipped cream (125 ml), lemon juice, crème fraîche, French mustard and ice cubes.

Directions

  1. Wash celery and cut into very thin loops. Keep celery leaf. Place bowls in a bowl with ice cold water and ice cubes. Clean potatoes and boil water with salt in 15 to 20 minutes in the bottom. Drain potatoes, allow to cool slightly and peel. Cut potatoes into thick slices and put them in a bowl. Pour the vinegar over it and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the ham into strips.
  2. Drain celery and dry well in tea towel. Mix with whipped cream half stiffly. Drizzle in lemon juice. Crème fraîche and mustard beats. Sprinkle celery, ham and whipped cream gently with potatoes. Season the salad with salt and pepper. Divide over four boards. Garnish with celery leaves.
