Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, boil them in little water with salt in approx. 8 min. Al dente and drain.

Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, horseradish, tarragon and season with pepper.

Spoon half of the dressing through the potato cubes and let the salad cool down to room temperature.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and scoop through the potatoes. Keep the salad covered in the refrigerator so that the flavors can easily withdraw.

Spoon the rest of the dressing and the watercress through the salad.
