Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prick the potatoes around with a fork and brush them with oil. Put them in an oven dish and bake them in the oven for about 1 hour.

Mix the crème fraîche with the goat's cheese and a part of the thyme. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and nutmeg. Allow the potatoes to cool. This can be done a day in advance.
