Mix the mince with half of the rosemary, ham, mushrooms, arugula, garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Form small balls and sprinkle with flour.

Heat the oil and fry the balls around light brown. Pour the tomato cubes with juice, add the rest of the rosemary and cook with the lid on the pan for about 20 minutes.
