Provencal mussels
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh mussels (2 kilos), olive oil, stir-fry vegetables mix (400 g), mixed frisées la (200 g), Dijon vinaigrette with garden herbs (bottle à 500 ml), green olives without seeds, mussel sauce herbs (150 ml) and baguette.

Wash mussels.

Broken mussels and mussels that do not close after a big tap.

Heat oil in mussel pan.

Stir fry vegetables for about 3 minutes.

Place mussels on top and add 1/2 dl of water.

Mussels over medium heat in about 10 minutes until all the shells are open.

Mix with dressing.

Cut the olives into pieces and stir in fish sauce.

Distribute mussels over four plates.

Prepare vegetables with skimmer.

Serve with fish sauce, baguette and lettuce..
