Fast pad thai


Stir-fried noodles with chicken fillets and Thai stir-fry mix and a sauce of ketchup, fish sauce and sugar, egg and bean sprouts. Sprinkled with peanuts.

Directions

  1. Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water until they are completely covered. Cover with cling film, leave for 10 minutes and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, squeeze the lime and mix the juice with the ketchup, fish sauce and sugar. Cut the chicken into pieces of 1 cm. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
  3. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the eggs for 1 min. Scoop out the woks and keep them separate.
  4. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir fry the chicken and stir-fry mix 4 min. Add the ketchup-fish sauce mixture, egg, the bean sprouts and noodles and stir-fry for 1 min.
  5. Sprinkle with the peanuts and serve immediately. Yummy! .
