Stew of grilled and raw leeks
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes, leeks, olive oil, semi-skimmed milk, crème fraîche (half fat), hard goat cheese ((Dutch), in small blocks) and sun-dried tomatoes in oil (in pieces).

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cover with water and salt to taste in 20 min.

Meanwhile, clean leek.

Cut the leeks for the largest part into thick 1 cm slants, cut small pieces into very thin rings (is processed raw in stew).

Heat up the grill pan.

Thickly slate leeks thinly spread with oil and light brown and just roast, turn occasionally.

Heat milk.
-
Drain potatoes and crush with milk.

Crème fraîche, roasted thick leeks, raw thin pre-rings and goat cheese by mashed potatoes.

Divide stew over two plates.

Garnish with tomato pieces..
