Provençal pancakes with ratatouille
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oil, minced meat (175 g), ratatouille vegetable mix (bag a 400 g), pancakes natural (pack a 8 pieces), salsa ai 4 formaggi (chilled, 200 g) and tomato puree (70 g) ).

Heat oil and fry in frying pan for about 1 minute.

Add ratatouille mix and bake for about 1 minute.

1 1/2 dl pour hot water into pan and simmer ratatouille with lid on pan for about 10 minutes.

Cook the pancakes according to the operating instructions in the microwave (oven or frying pan).

Heat cheese sauce according to instructions.

Stir in tomato paste through ratatouille mixture and season with salt.

Distribute ratatouille over pancakes and roll up.
-
Place pancakes on two plates, distribute cheese sauce over them.

Serve immediately..
