Provençal roast beef
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, baby potatoes (700 g), ratatouille vegetable mix (400 g), dried thyme, salt and pepper, roast beef steaks à la minute (about 400 g), green olive tapenade and butter or margarine.

Meanwhile roast beef steaks on one side with tapenade and roll up with tapenade on the inside.

Heat butter in a small frying pan.
