Provençal stir-fry of winter potatoes


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, winter potatoes (a 450 g), Brussels sprouts (halved (500 g)), olive oil, Provençal (beef strips (300 g)), onions (in parts) and hazelnuts (coarsely chopped) (95 g) )).

Directions

  1. Halve the winter potatoes and cook them in 18 minutes.
  2. Add the sprouts after 15 minutes.
  3. Put the wok on high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir fry the beef strips 3 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
  5. Drain the potatoes and the sprouts.
  6. Pour the rest of the oil into the wok.
  7. Spoon the onions, potatoes and sprouts and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Spoon the beef strips and the hazelnuts and warm the dish for 1 more minute.
  9. Divide the stir-fry tray over 4 plates..
