                            Provençal stir-fry of winter potatoes
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, winter potatoes (a 450 g), Brussels sprouts (halved (500 g)), olive oil, Provençal (beef strips (300 g)), onions (in parts) and hazelnuts (coarsely chopped) (95 g) )).

Directions
- 
                                Halve the winter potatoes and cook them in 18 minutes.
- 
                                Add the sprouts after 15 minutes.
- 
                                Put the wok on high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir fry the beef strips 3 minutes.
- 
                                Remove them from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
- 
                                Drain the potatoes and the sprouts.
- 
                                Pour the rest of the oil into the wok.
- 
                                Spoon the onions, potatoes and sprouts and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 
                                Spoon the beef strips and the hazelnuts and warm the dish for 1 more minute.
- 
                                Divide the stir-fry tray over 4 plates..
