Puff pastry skins with blue cheese and pear
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: buttered puff pastry ((frozen), thawed), pears ((460 g), drained), roquefort ((or danish blue), crumbled), fresh rosemary (in loose needles) and (freshly ground) pepper .
