Omelet filled with salmon and paprika
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pink salmon (213 g), red pepper, broken green beans (500 g), butter, eggs, milk, multigrain bread and herb butter.

Drain the salmon and remove the grains and skins.

Clean pepper and cut into pieces.

Cook beans in 5 minutes.

Heat 1 butter in frying pan and fry paprika.

Create salmon, heat it and season with salt and pepper.

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
-
Heat the rest of butter in parts in frying pan and fry 4 large omelettes of egg mixture.

Place omelets on four plates.

Distribute salmon mixture over omelets and fold.

Serve with beans, bread and herb butter..
