Puffed potatoes with Greek yogurt
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: firm potatoes (a ca. 125 g), extra virgin olive oil (with basil), mild paprika, freshly ground black pepper, coarse sea salt, Greek yoghurt, spring onions (in rings) and fresh dill (chopped) .

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Do not peel the potatoes, but clean them well under running water.

Dab them dry.

Halve the potatoes lengthwise and brush the peel side generously with olive oil.

Place the potatoes next to each other in a baking tin or roasting pan, with the cutting edge pointing upwards.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons (basil) of oil with the paprika powder and spread this mixture over the cut surface of the potatoes.

Grind black pepper over it and sprinkle some sea salt.

Put the potatoes in the middle of the oven and puff brown and cooked for 25-30 minutes.

Make a sauce of Greek yogurt: stir in a bowl of yogurt and mix in the spring onions and dill.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the roasted potatoes.
