Ingredients
Directions
-
Wrap each potato in a piece of aluminum foil, put the packages on the side of the barbecue (not on a direct fire) and grill for about 25 minutes.
-
Open the packages carefully, cut the top and put the potatoes on the barbecue for about 5 minutes with the foil loosely around it. The potatoes are cooked when you can easily pierce them with a skewer.
-
Mix the cottage cheese with oil, chives, garlic, chilli, olives and spring onions. Season with a good pinch of salt.
-
Spoon the filling into the puffed sweet potatoes and serve immediately.
