Directions

  1. Heat apple juice, caster sugar, cayenne pepper, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 orange slices to the boil.
  2. Pour the drink through a sieve in glasses. Garnish the glasses with a piece of orange and possibly put some cloves in the skin.
