Salad with grilled steak
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks (approx. 100 g), sea salt crystals, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil, pine nuts, rocket salad (75 g) and balsamic vinegar.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Cut the steak into thin slices and place in a flat baking dish.

Sprinkle the steak sparingly with salt crystals and freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.

Stir steak in approx.

Roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Meanwhile, spread over four plates and sprinkle with vinegar.

Place the steak on lettuce and sprinkle with pine nuts..
