Puree with parsley
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (290 g), string beans ((a 400 g), in slants), garlic (squeezed), crème fraîche (125 g) and parsley (freeze-dried (jar) 8 g)).

Peel the potatoes. Cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the beans in 6 minutes until al dente.

Drain the potatoes and collect 1 cup of cooking liquid. Stamp the potatoes, garlic, crème fraîche and parsley into a coarse puree with the mashed potatoes. Add some cooking liquid if necessary. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the puree with the sausage and string beans.
