Cover 4 wraps with slices of smoked chicken and sprinkle with the cheese and half of the spring onions. Put a wrap on top.

Praise the pulp of the avocados, stir in the rest of the spring onions and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan at medium height and fry the quesadillas for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Turn halfway. Cut the quesadillas into points and serve with the avocado.
