Chicken in paprika tomato sauce
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken (about 1200 g), onion, red peppers, garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper, olive oil, bacon cubes, peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), bay leaf, thyme and cayenne pepper.

Spread the chicken with game scissors (or sharp, firm knife) into 8 pieces. Peel onion and cut into rings. Peppers, clean and cut into strips. Garlic peel and finely chop. Sprinkle the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat half of oil in a large (frying pan). Put in pieces of chicken and brown on both sides; occasionally return. Bake about 3 minutes. Create chicken and bacon with a skimmer. Pour pan from the pan (no longer used) and wipe the pan with kitchen paper. Heat remaining oil in the same pan. Season the onion, pepper and garlic gently for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to the boil. Return the chicken and bacon to the pan and simmer gently for about 50 minutes. Turning regularly. Season with cayenne pepper. Serve with rice and salad.
