Steak with sage and ravioli
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, butter, ravioli funghi porcini (chilled, 250 g), steaks (at room temperature), dry white wine, dried sage and broth powder.

Slice half the length of the courgette with half a knife, cut into halves.

Boil gently in plenty of boiling water with salt ravioli for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until ravioli is al dente.

In the meantime heat the butter in a frying pan and stir fry, depending on the desired doneness, 2-3 minutes per side brown and bake red or rosé inside.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm in aluminum foil.

Raise the fire and stir up the baking with wine, sage and bouillon powder.

Reduce the gravy.

Drain Ravioli zucchini mixture in colander and divide into two plates.

Place the steak next to it and pour it with sage gravy..
