Thai green fish curry

A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, sunflower oil, green curry paste (a 70 g), coconut milk (400 ml), winter carrots, garden peas extra fine (450 g, frozen), coal fish fillet ((400 g, frozen) and thawed).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring and add the curry paste. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes until the aroma is released. Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the winter carrot into cubes of 1/2 x 1/2 cm (brunoise) and add with the peas to the sauce. Bring back to the boil.
  4. Cut the fish into pieces and add. Let the curry cook gently for 5 minutes until the fish is done. Divide the rice over 4 bowls and scoop the fish curry. Delicious with pieces of basil torn in pieces. Note: this dish is very spicy! .
