Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the butter into cubes and mix with the flour.
-
Knead with the egg, salt and water as short as possible until smooth dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for one hour in the cling film. Grease the shape and dust with flour.
-
Roll the dough out on a floured sheet to a piece of Ø 30 cm. Wipe off the excess flour.
-
Line the shape with the dough. Press and cut off excess dough at the edges.
-
Prick holes in the bottom with a fork so that the dough does not or hardly rises.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and bake the bacon in 6 minutes.
-
Mix the rest of the eggs, milk, crème fraîche and cheese in a bowl and season with pepper and nutmeg.
-
Spread the bacon over the bottom and pour the filling into the quiche mold. Bake the quiche in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
-
Bon appétit! .
