Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and grease the cake tin.
  2. Line the cake mold with the dough and cut the edges.
  3. Divide the salmon and shrimp over the dough.
  4. Beat the eggs well with the crème fraîche, half of the herbs, salt and pepper and pour this mixture over the fish.
  5. Shake the shape briefly so that everything is well distributed.
  6. Bake the quiche in the oven in about 20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, make a salad of lettuce, cucumber, spring onions and other herbs.
  8. Beat a dressing of the vinegar, mustard and oil and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Remove the quiche from the oven and mix the dressing with the salad.
