Quiche with smoked chicken
French savory pie with eggs, creme fraiche, gruyere cheese and smoked chicken fillet.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Beat the eggs and crème fraîche loose. Stir in some salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease the quiche mold with butter.

Let the dough thaw. Line the bottom and wall of the quiche mold with the slices of dough. Cut away the excess dough along the top edge.

Sprinkle the bottom with cheese.

Cut the smoked chicken fillets into strips.

Spread the chicken strips evenly over the quiche bottom and pour the egg mixture over it. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for approx. 10 min.

Switch the oven temperature back to 175 ° C and fry the quiche for about 45 minutes until done.
