Let the dough thaw.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Line the spring form with the dough.

Cut the chives and the dill finely. Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and press out half.

Put the grater, juice, chives and dill in a bowl.

Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and the smoked salmon fillet into strips. Scoop through the spice mixture.

Beat the eggs with the cream cheese and crème fraiche and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the salmon with the herbs over the dough base. Pour the egg mixture over it.

Fry the quiche in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes and until tender. Cover with aluminum foil if the quiche becomes too dark.
