Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan with a thick bottom and fry the onion for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the charcoal strips and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and a portion of the stock until the stock boils again.
  4. Add a little stock until the rice and the cabbages are cooked after about 8 minutes. Place the lid on the pan to keep the rice warm.
  5. Meanwhile, roll the bacon around the half sausages.
  6. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages in about 10 minutes until cooked and brown.
  7. Serve the risotto on warm plates with 2 pieces of sausage per person.
