Fish rolls with broccoli
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red onion (in wafer thin rings), seaweed fillets, Parma ham (in slices), tapenade of sundried tomatoes (a 140 g), olive oil and broccoli (in very small florets).

Place the red onion rings in a bowl with ice cold water to make them crispy.

Fill the fish with the slices of ham, brush with the tapenade and roll them up, stick with a stick.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the fish rolls in 10 minutes, with the lid on the pan, until done.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.

Dab the onion rings dry.

Spoon the rest of the oil with the onion rings through the broccoli, season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Remove the pickles and serve the fish fillets with the broccoli salad.
