Quick tomatosoup
Tomato soup of sifted tomatoes with celery, carrots and fresh basil. For there: a wholemeal ball with vegetable margarine.

Chop the onion, cut the celery into bows and the carrot into slices.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry everything for 5 min. Add the sieved tomatoes and stock and bring to the boil.

Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes and season with pepper.

Cut the basil into strips. Divide the soup over the bowls and sprinkle with the basil.

Spread the bread with the margarine and serve with it.
