Quinoa breakfast with peach

Directions

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine sieve under running water.
  2. Drain well and put the quinoa in a pan.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add some salt.
  4. Bring the quinoa to the boil while stirring.
  5. Boil it for 12 to 15 minutes until it is a smooth porridge, stirring regularly.
  6. In the meantime cut the peaches in four and pull off the skin with a pointed knife.
  7. Cut the peaches into thin segments.
  8. Mince the pecans.
  9. Divide the segments of peach, raspberries and pecans over the quinoa.
  10. Sprinkle the syrup over it.
  11. Tip: Instead of almond milk, you can also use regular milk and you can replace the maple syrup for pouring syrup.
